This is in the Philippines. It reads, "Don't pee here, there, or anywhere."
How do you feel about the poor guy that got so fed up he had to paint the word pee on the side of his building in big bold letters?
This is my personal favorite. They don't care where you spit, just do it quietly please.

I have lived places where they needed signes like that. You haven't lived life until you have seen a guy standing along the side of the rode peeing or an old lady sqwatting(sp) in the bushes. Those scenes will forever be burned in my head only brought back to recolection when I need a good laugh.
